Method–1: Apply Through Your Pension Disbursing Office (APPO / STO)

Since your PPO was processed through APPO, Tarnaka, this is the easiest method. ✔ Steps:
Go to APPO, Tarnaka (where your pension is being drawn).
Tell them: “I lost my PPO copy—kindly forward a request to AG (A&E) for duplicate PPO.”
APPO will: Verify your PPO number in their system
Prepare a request letter
Forward it to AG (A&E) AP, Vijayawada electronically / by post
AG office will issue a duplicate PPO and send it back to APPO.
APPO will hand over a certified copy of PPO to you.
💡 This is the normal, best, and fastest process.

🟢 Method–2: Apply Directly to AG (A&E) Andhra Pradesh
You can also directly apply to:
Accountant General (A&E), Andhra Pradesh
MG Road, Vijayawada
✔ What to Write in Application:
You must submit a simple letter with:
Your Name
PPO Number
Date of Retirement (30.11.2011)
Department where you worked
Reason: “PPO copy lost, request for duplicate PPO.”
Mobile Number
Address for communication
Attach: Aadhar copy
Pensioner ID card (if available)
Pension payment slip (if available)
AG office will issue a duplicate PPO after verification.
