Driver services converted to Record Assistant Rule position, he has joined in service 2009, qualification SSC only

Driver services converted to Record Assistant Rule position, he has joined in service 2009, qualification SSC only
There is provision to convert as junior assistant with qualification as intermediate as per rules. There is no scope to convert him to RA., please clarify on it.

Junior Assistant (JA) Minimum Qualification ఇప్పుడు Degree. as per GO Ms.No.135, Finance & Planning Dept, dated 12-05-2014 ప్రకారం:

పాత Intermediate లేదా SSC qualification ఉన్న ఉద్యోగులు JA conversion కి అర్హతలేదు.
Record Assistant / Driver Conversion Previous posts (Driver / RA) నుండి JA conversion అనేది qualification-based.
SSC మాత్రమే ఉన్న ఉద్యోగికి JA conversion నియమాల ప్రకారం సాధ్యం కాదు.
