Clarfication of Resignation Employee Eligible ot not Eligible Final Leave Encashment

the candidate was appointed on 28-10-2013 and is enrolled under the Contributory Pension Scheme with PRAN No. 110063584249. the said constable was resigned from Government service on the afternoon of 04-01-2024 and he was applied Final Leave Encashment.
Therefore Clarfication of Resignation Employee Eligible or not Eligible Final Leave Encashment

CPS (NPS) ఉద్యోగి రాజీనామా చేసినప్పుడు Final Leave Encashment (EL/HPL యాకాష్‌మెంట్) సాధారణంగా అర్హత కాదు.

కారణం:
Leave Encashment అనేది సాధారణంగా రిటైర్మెంట్ / మరణం / ఇన్వాలిడేషన్ సందర్భాల్లో మాత్రమే ఇచ్చే ప్రయోజనం.
CPS ఉద్యోగుల విషయంలో “రాజీనామా” (Resignation) కోసం Leave Encashment ఇవ్వాలనే ప్రత్యేక G.O./Rule ప్రభుత్వము స్పష్టంగా ఇవ్వలేదు.
అందువల్ల రాజీనామా చేసిన CPS ఉద్యోగికి Leave Encashment సాధారణంగా ఇవ్వరు.
మీ కేసు చివరిగా ఖరారుకు డిపార్ట్‌మెంట్ / డీడీఓ / ట్రెజరీ నుంచి నిర్ధారణ తీసుకోవాలి
