Sir good morning, one TG Senior Assistant employees is suspended for 139 days and reinstated in service, after some years his case was dropped by the Enquiry Officer, ఇతని కేసు dropped ఆయన తేదీ నుండి 15 రోజుల తర్వాత ఇతనికి Superintendent promotion ఇచ్చి superintendent service Regulation,చేస్తూ Probation కూడా , declared చేసారు ,
Please clarify whether the Department give promotion to the individual is correct or not
