Under Rule 50 of the Telangana Revised Pension Rules (1980) and G.O.Ms.No. 315, a mentally disabled child is eligible for a lifetime family pension after the death of both parents.

Key Requirements:
* Disability Certificate: Must be issued by a District Medical Board (Civil Surgeon rank) stating the disability is permanent and prevents her from earning a living
* Guardianship: Since the daughter is mentally disabled, a Legal Guardian must be appointed (as per the National Trust Act, 1999) to receive the pension on her behalf.
* Income Limit: Her independent income must not exceed the minimum family pension amount.

Immediate Steps to Take:
1. Submit a representation to your College Principal/DDO and the Treasury Office to include your daughter's name in your Pension Records (PPO).
2. Ensure your Service Register (SR) is updated with her disability status.
3. Keep a fresh Medical Certificate and a Family Member Certificate (from the Tahsildar) ready.
